Health & Wellbeing Weekend took place on Saturday October
31, and Sunday November 1. Held at First Fleet Park, next to
Sydney's iconic Circular Quay, We were inspired and led by
editors and health experts from our favourite feel good
Not only that, all across the weekend we had the chance to take part in some incredible fitness classes and sit in on some inspiring health seminars - all for FREE!
Whether you're the kind of #fitgirl who likes to go high-intensity with her training, or prefer to concentrate on finding your zen zone, Health & Wellbeing Weekend had you covered.
Across the weekend, you can head to the 'Think' space to gain advice and insights from our qualified speakers and specialists in their fields.
Plus, you can make your way to the 'Do' space to participate in a range of invigorating and uplifting group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates and Xtend Barre.
We also had our Health & Wellbeing 2015 Event Ambassador Tania Zaetta, certified Pilates and Barre Pilates instructor and author of 'Trim & Tone With Tania' ioin us over the weekend and answered all your fitness and body questions.
